At Baylen Music, I serve as the Project Manager for eight projects. My role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of each project. Most of these projects involve filming DJ sets that range from one to one and a half hours at various heritage locations across the Netherlands and Vietnam. Performance Analysis: I analyze the performance of each video, tracking metrics such as views, engagement, and subscriber growth to inform future projects and strategies.
Under my management, each video has guaranteed 70,000 to 100,000 views. After two years of consistent posting, our YouTube channel has grown to 20,000 subscribers, and our Instagram following has reached 1,000 followers
